These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and Rekor777 ("the Platform", "the Operator", "we", "usour") governing your access to and use of the online gaming and sports betting services available at rekor777.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

Rekor777 operates as an international online gaming platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, crash games, lottery products, and poker. By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept this Agreement in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

To register and maintain an active Account on Rekor777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You areat least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are natural person (individuals only — corporate registrations are not permitted).
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not diagnosed with, nor currently seeking treatment for, a gambling addiction or compulsive gambling disorder.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.

Each eligible individual may register one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. The Operator may employ automated detection tools to identify duplicate accounts.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are obligated to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Account balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your Account access with any third party. The Operator shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately.

The Operator may, at its discretion and as part of its KYC obligations, require Players to submit copies of government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification before processing withdrawals or during routine account reviews. KYC documents are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Rekor777 supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: DuitNow, Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, and Hong Leong Connect. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise noted in the relevant payment interface.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM 30 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit amount: RM 30,000 per transaction, subject to payment provider limits.
• E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically processed instantly. FPX bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes.
• The Operator does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 50 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal amount: subject to account tier and Operator review.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Standard processing time for approved withdrawals is under 5 minutes for DuitNow and e-wallet channels during operational hours.
• The Operator reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may extend processing time where documentation is outstanding.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the specific wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion terms.

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to these Terms and Conditions in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict, sport-specific or game-specific rules shall take precedence with respect to that particular product or event.

• Bet Confirmation: A wager is only valid once a unique bet reference number has been generated and confirmed in your Account betting history. Network errors or timeouts prior to confirmation mean the wager has not been accepted.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits per wager vary by game and market. Limits are displayed in the betting interface before confirmation.
• Odds Changes: For sports betting, odds are subject to change up the moment of bet acceptance. In-play (live) bets may be suspended or refused at the Operator's discretion during periods of uncertainty (e.g., goal, red card, injury).
• Void Bets: The Operator reserves the right to void any wager where it has been placed due to a manifest error in odds, where an event is cancelled or abandoned, or where evidence of irregular betting patterns is identified.
• Result Disputes: Official results as recognised by the relevant governing body of the sport shall be binding. Results for Liga Super Malaysia and EPL matches shall follow the official league determination.
• Mix Parlay: For combination (Mix Parlay) bets, all selected legs must be valid for the parlay payout to apply. One void leg typically reduces the parlay by that selection; specific rules are published in the sports betting section.

Rekor777 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to fixtures such as EPL matchweks or major Malaysian public holidays. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer.

• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each eligible promotion may be claimed once per Player and once per household, IP address, or device.
• Wagering Requirements (Rollover): Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Specific rollover multipliers (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds remain in your Account, the maximum permitted stake per wager is typicallyRM 250–RM 500. Stakes exceeding this cap may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to clearing wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contribution rates are published per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or incomplete bonuses expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from claim or issue date). Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Withdrawable amounts derived from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap per individual promotion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Rekor777 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended or terminated, their balance frozen pending investigation, and their details passed to relevant regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required.

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials; chargebacks initiated in bad faith; identity fraud.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; coluding with other players to extract bonus value; systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Match Fixing & Corruption: Placing wagers with insider knowledge of a pre-determined result or any involvement in the fixing or manipulation of any sporting event.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place wagers without genuine human decision-making.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players in poker, live dealer, or any other multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Depositing funds for the purpose of processing and withdrawing them as form of currency conversion or financial obfuscation, irespective of actual gambling activity.
• Underage Registration: Registering an Account when under the age of 21, or facilitating the registration of a minor.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceding 12 consecutive months.
• Identification of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to cease service to a specific jurisdiction.

Upon Account closure for breach, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings shall be forfeited. Real-money balances (excluding amounts under dispute) shall be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory AML and KYC clearance.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and result in permanent Platform access restriction for the specified period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rekor777 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from wagering activity on the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, howsoever arising.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure issues.
• Errors in odds or game outcomes resulting from technical malfunction, provided that the Operator takes prompt remedial action upon discovery.
• Any failure by the Player to comply with the terms of this Agreement or the laws of their jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits the Operator's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Rekor777 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gambling environment. The Platform provides a suite of player protection tools accessible directly from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period.
